Legal
Terms of Service
Effective August 2, 20261. Service and eligibility
ACO HQ provides operational software for authorized checkout providers and their teams. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.
During beta, features may change as the service is improved. We may add, modify, or discontinue beta functionality when reasonably necessary.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Workspace owners control invitations, roles, settings, and the data submitted by their team.
Notify us promptly if you believe an account or workspace has been accessed without authorization.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid access is sold and billed through Whop. Prices, renewal timing, cancellation, refund eligibility, taxes, and payment processing are governed by the checkout terms shown by Whop and any applicable ACO HQ offer. Access may be suspended when a subscription is inactive, canceled, disputed, or unpaid.
You can manage or cancel a subscription using the Manage Billing link in Workspace Settings or through your Whop account. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a future charge. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund; refund requests are handled under the terms displayed at checkout and Whop's applicable process.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ACO HQ to:
- break any law or violate another person's rights;
- access data or workspaces you are not authorized to use;
- upload malware, probe security, or disrupt the service;
- send deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or unlawful messages;
- enter or upload full payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, PINs, magnetic-stripe data, banking passwords, or other payment-authentication secrets;
- misuse Discord, webhook, or third-party integrations; or
- resell or copy the service except with written permission.
5. Your data and content
You retain your rights in the data and content you submit. You grant ACO HQ permission to host, process, transmit, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having permission to process member, Discord, checkout, and payment-status information in your workspace.
6. Third-party services
ACO HQ can connect with services such as Whop, Discord, Supabase, Vercel, Railway, and Resend. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions outside our control.
7. Ownership
ACO HQ and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and original content are owned by ACO HQ and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service while your access remains authorized.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or a material violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every webhook, match, calculation, or third-party integration will be error-free. You should review operational and financial records before relying on them.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ACO HQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material updates will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate. Questions may be sent to acohqapp@gmail.com.
